Day 0 - Download and Install Inkscape

Install Inkscape on your computer. I’ll guide you through setting up your design station and preparing for the missions ahead.

Day 1 - Inkscape Interface Guided Tour

Your Day 1 mission takes you deep into the heart of your Inkscape software. Learn to navigate your Inkscape design battlefield—explore the key tools, panels, and menus that will become your greatest assets. This is essential work when learning how to design SVG files!

Day 2 - Interactive Fun Guided Exercises

It’s drill time! Sharpen your skills with focused, hands-on tactical training. These foundational (and fun) exercises are designed to help you dig in and get comfortable with using the essential foundational tools and controls of Inkscape.

Day 3 - Design & Export Your First SVG File

You will complete your final mission on Day 3! Using all the skills you've learned so far, you'll design and export an SVG file that can be used in the cutting machine software of your choice, such as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio.
